Aegean Pearl is a fun summer villa part of a group of wonderful residences located in one the most panoramic sides of Mykonos (KANALIA ) with views that range from the island of Tinos to the island of Delos and the sunset within the blink of an eye. The easy access to Mykonos Town also allows for the combination of quality time on the premises with moments of nightlife action in the island’s vibrant Chora. Ornos beach which is one of the most famous in Mykonos, is 1 km away.
The concept of the property features a very outdoorsy approach with various options for anytime of the day, be it a swim in the infinity pool, a moment of relax reading through a novel under a pergola with grand views or a meal in one of the three outdoor dining areas all offering a beautiful scenery as the perfect background.

Cancellation Policy
No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 21 days before confirmed arrival date on low (10th of April to 10th of June & 1st of September to 30th of September) & middle (11th of June to 15th of July) season and 30 days during high (16th of July to 31st of August) season. Any cancellation made within 21 days during low and middle season or 30 during high season, before arrival date, results the 70% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the stay.
Guarantee Policy
A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and deposit of 30% for low (10th of April to 10th of June & 1st of September to 30th of September) , middle (11th of June to 15th of July) and 50% for high (16th of July to 31st of August) season based on the total amount of the entire stay.

 | MelanieMon 04 Jun, 2018 | Nice villaWe had a great week at Agean pearl. Car is essential, villa is very clean and comfy. The views are spectacular. I would not recommend to families with young children due to safety of the barrier from the balcony level down to the pool as barrier is not sufficient to stop a child falling over or crawling under to pool level below, and for very old people there are many steps to access villa and as we had elderly parents with us they found it hard. Apart from that the villa is lovely and I would stay there again as our kids are teenagers. | 5 |
